Some Trash Takes Itself Out

We are pleased to report the following rioters of the horrific January 6th attack on the Capitol have been re-arrested for subsequent offences, soon after being pardoned by Donald Trump for their violence at the Capitol last Jan. 6, 2021:

========================================================================

Enrique Tarrio was arrested outside the Capitol Building Feb. 21, 2025, in an altercation with a protestor. He and other Jan. 6 defendants had called a press conference there.

Daniel Ball of Homosassa, Florida,  was arrested in January 2025 on gun charges, just days after being pardoned for tossing an explosive into a Capitol tunnel. Back in 2021, only 3 months after the Jan. 6 riot, he’d been arrested and charged in Florida for assaulting 5 civilians and 2 law enforcement officers.

Andrew Taake, of Houston, was arrested Feb. 6, 2025, on a sex crime charge.

Matthew Huttle of Indiana was shot and killed by a sheriff’s deputy in Jasper County on Jan. 26; Huttle had been illegally carrying a firearm, prohibited due to his felony convictions.

Emily Hernadez, in Missouri, is now headed to prison after being sentenced to 10 years for a 2022 drunk driving crash that killed a woman and seriously injured that woman’s husband.

Theodore Middendorf was charged in Illinois for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, to which he pled guilty and received a sentence of 19 years.

update: Cripes, now Trump has pardoned 23 people convicted of harassing and/or harming pregnant patients or breaking into and stealing fetal tissue, of clinics that provide abortion care. Trump has rolled back enforcement of the FACE Act, which was created to protect abortion providers and their patients — so now they’re in more danger. Just like in the previous years when abortion doctors were targeted and murdered.  Great.
